Rosewillow is an online community forum and blogging site intended for adults to interact with one another on a regular basis.
Rosewillow provides several different general community rooms for public interaction as well as personal web pages,blogs, personal forums,
and personal chat rooms for private interaction.
Conduct
All users of Rosewillow resources are expected to conduct themselves in a mature and respectful manner when posting on its pages,
whether in the forums or in the chat rooms, public or private. While discussions of differing opinions is encouraged, personal
attacks will not be tolerated.
Rosewillow.ca is owned an operated by Canadian webmasters on servers located in the United States. As such, Rosewillow.ca will
comply with all laws of the land in the respective countries. Further to this, it should be duly noted that any material that
promotes hate or sex crimes, including but not limited to child pornography, will be referred to authorities with no warning
to the offender. Rosewillow.ca will fully cooperate with law enforcement to bring these types of offenders to justice.
Members may not make threats towards one another. This includes so called ‘empty threats’ where the likelihood of following up is small.
No members may post another member’s personal information without that member’s consent. This includes real name, address, email,
telephone number, aliases on other websites, and any other information that may be used to determine a person’s real identity.
Members are responsible for their own content. Rosewillow.ca does not endorse nor condemn comments posted by any members with the
exception of those points noted in these terms of service.
Content
No member may violate copyright laws by placing copyrighted material on Rosewillow’s servers without prior permission from the copyright holder.
No member may place links to content that would not normally be allowed at Rosewillow.
No member may place code on Rosewillow that will interfere with page presentation, other members, or in any way interrupt the normal operation of the site.
No member may post advertising to products or services without the express permission of the administration of Rosewillow.ca by way of
purchasing a vendor license. Exceptions are made for the classified section where members may post small numbers of personal items for sale.
No member may place extreme violence, snuff, scat or the elimination of any bodily waste on another person, bestiality, zoophilia, mutilation,
or rape anywhere on the site, including the URL and meta tags.
If a member’s forum contains explicit adult material, it must be password protected to prevent accidental or incidental viewing.
Member’s front page must not contain pornographic images or explicit adult content.
Moderators
Rosewillow.ca will appoint moderators to ensure compliance with these terms of service. These appointments are at the sole discretion of the
administrator and may be revoked at any time.
Moderators will have the power to remove offensive post and/or impose a temporary or permanent ban on any user for violation of the terms
of service. They may also make user account adjustments as allowed by the administration.
Typically a member will be warned before disciplinary action is taken unless a grievous and deliberate violation has been made (child porn).
Moderators are expected to be fair and impartial and allow civil disagreements to work themselves out without interference.
Members are encouraged to report abuse to a moderator.
Moderators may, as they see fit, consult other moderators to determine what disciplinary action, if any, should be applied in unique situations.
We the owners of Rosewillow.ca reserve the right to add to or subtract from the Terms of Service at point in time.
